About us

Worksheet365 helps teachers and students make sense of the AI and online tools that are changing how people teach and learn.

We started as a small educational publisher on Teachers Pay Teachers, creating research-backed workbooks on study skills, executive functioning, social-emotional learning and AI literacy. Every product follows one rule: if we can’t cite it, we don’t print it. This blog applies that same rule to the questions teachers and students ask us most often.

Why this blog exists

New AI tools for education launch every week. Most of them promise to save hours, boost grades or “transform learning.” Teachers don’t have time to sort through them, and students often can’t tell a helpful study tool from a shortcut that will backfire at exam time.

We wrote this blog to give both groups a calm, clear place to find out what a tool actually does, what it costs, and whether it fits their needs.

Who we write for

  • Teachers who want to save time on planning, grading and differentiation without lowering the quality of their teaching.
  • Students who want to study smarter, understand their material and use AI in ways that help them learn instead of doing the thinking for them.

Each article is written for one of these two readers, so you always know who it’s for.

What you’ll find here

  • Teaching Tools: AI and online tools for lesson planning, worksheets, grading, feedback, quizzes and special education.
  • Study Tools: tools for note-taking, flashcards, summaries, math help, writing and language learning.
  • AI & Integrity: AI detectors, Turnitin, citing AI correctly and spotting AI mistakes.
  • AI Guides: plain-English explanations of how AI works in education, what it can and can’t do, and how to use it well.

How we work

We rely on official product documentation, published pricing, peer-reviewed research, public policy documents and the experiences teachers and students share openly. We link to our sources, date every article and update it when a tool changes its features or prices.

When information is unclear or can’t be verified, we say so. You can read the full details in our Editorial Policy.

How this site is funded

Worksheet365 is free to read. We earn money through display ads and through affiliate links, which may pay us a commission if you sign up for a tool, at no extra cost to you. This never decides what we recommend. Many of the tools we cover are free and earn us nothing. Details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.
