Our promise is simple: if we can’t cite it, we don’t print it. This page explains how we choose, research, write and update our articles.
How we choose topics
We write about the questions teachers and students actually ask: which tools can help with a specific task, what the free version includes, how two tools differ, and how to use AI responsibly. We look at what our readers search for, what educators discuss in teacher communities, and the problems we hear about from buyers of our classroom workbooks.
How we research
Our articles are based on:
- official product pages, help centers and documentation;
- published pricing and plan details, checked on the date shown in the article;
- peer-reviewed research and reports from recognized education organizations;
- school and government policy documents;
- experiences that teachers and students share publicly.
We link to our main sources so you can check them yourself.
What we don’t do
- We don’t claim to have tested a tool unless we actually used it, and when we did, we say which plan we used.
- We don’t invent statistics, quotes or user reviews.
- We don’t let brands review, edit or approve our articles before publication.
- We don’t accept payment for positive coverage.
How we use AI
We write about AI, and we use it too. AI tools may help us research, organize information and prepare first drafts. Every article is then reviewed, fact-checked against its sources and edited by a person before it is published. A person is responsible for everything we publish.
Keeping articles up to date
AI tools change their features and prices often. Each article shows the date it was last updated. We review our most-read articles regularly and update them when a tool changes, a policy changes or better information becomes available.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it. If you spot an error, email us at contact@worksheet365.com with the article link and the correction. Significant corrections are noted at the end of the article.
Affiliate relationships
